Terms & Conditions

1. Visiting & Inspection Charge

The visiting and inspection charge of ₹200/- is payable upon the technician's on-site visit and diagnostic evaluation for CCTV, Electrical, or Networking services.

2. Material and Labour Charges

The ₹200/- inspection charge covers assessment only. Material charges, equipment costs, replacement parts, and additional labour charges are separate and will be quoted based on the actual requirement of the work.

3. Quotation & Customer Approval

No work beyond the initial inspection will be carried out without the customer's prior approval of the quoted scope of work, material requirements, and labour fees.

4. Rescheduling & Cancellation

Customers may reschedule or cancel service requests by notifying MZ SERVICES via phone or WhatsApp at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled technician dispatch window.
